New Prospect housing are owned by Salford city council but are run totally independently, the department we have carried out works for covers Sheltered housing,  giving elderly people the independence they desire but also the reassurance of extra support

Various contracts have been carried out on behalf of New Prospect housing these include, the redecoration of several communal rooms / lounges, offices, guest room, laundry room and more recently the conversion of a flat to offices.

These works are possibly the most satisfying we do as it gives us great reassurance that we are making these peoples lives more comfortable and enjoyable.
