Our rates

Providing rates on painting and decorating work can be very inaccurate without assessing the job first. Some people may charge by the roll when papering or by the room size but due to the varying sizes and shapes of all rooms this is an in accurate way of pricing and you may find the price increases once the tradesman has seen the job. We there for do not offer a guide price. Telephone enquiries are welcome to give an idea as to the cost but will be in no way accurate, We don't charge for quotations and are happy to come and visit the customer to supply a price. All prices will be put in writing at no extra cost if requested

Flat pack assembly rates again vary according to complexity of item however there is a minimum call out charge of £25 to asses the work involved which will be offset against the final price should the work be carried out.

Payment is due upon completion of works unless other terms have been agreed prior to the commencement of works. Payment methods accepted are cash or cheque made payable to Dave the decorator. Credit cards also accepted please see below.

We also accept all major forms of credit cards via our online payment process, Simply go to paypal and pay the amount owed on your invoice to dave@davethedecorator.co.uk please remember to add your address (where works were carried out) or invoice number so we know where the payment came from.

*Unfortunately due to high bank charges there is a 5% charge for accepting payment via debit or credit card
